    Accuride 32" from mcmaster carr Not cheap but super high quality. The small drawer uses 24" self close from home Depot. Might check your scroll wheel fluid. Could be a little low.

    Depends on how you want to finish it. I am going to upholster the shell of mine with carpet so I used 3/4" Sande plywood for my shell, I used 1/2" birch for the drawers...
