On your B3 setting did you have to crank the torsion bars a bunch with the tool just to get the bolts and blocks started on the b3 setting? I am in the final stages of this swap. I used an np241 LD case from a 1500 pickup. I got custom shafts made as the front needed to be shorter and the rear longer. Front shaft does not extend or contract so one length is good. I can get shaft lengths if you like but they may be different...
