Thank you. We have not really taken advantage of it like we hoped. We used it a few times while my in-laws still owned it and had so much fun. It is such a great set up. Just a little small for our family.

Thank you. There have been unsolicited offers of up to $30,000 in the last few years. Those were people driving by and we were not ready to sell. We are just now trying to establish a fair value. We of course are hoping for as high of a price as we can get but also want to be fair. If that ends...
