    GMT900 Overland build anyone?

I say go for it @socal4n4. I do not regret buying mine one bit, I've only put about 20k miles on mine but it still mechanically seems sound at about 140k miles on the odometer. I will agree with your above post, my dash is cracked and f'd lol but oh well. And one of my rear defrost plugs did...

    GMT900 Overland build anyone?

@socal4n4 There are a few on here with the GMT900, myself included. Really depending on what you want to do with it, the GMT900 is awesome, but the GMT800 is also a great candidate and can also be had for a good price. If you are really looking to rough it up, take it on some pretty hardcore...

    2007 Suburban - MUDHORN

Hahah Drei! Nah man - feel free to provide constructive criticism on MudHorn whenever. I'll admit the dumbo ears were a lapse in judgement... When I bought it, the passenger mirror flopped like crazy and rattled. I think the folding hinge for collapsing the mirror was on it was out the door. And...

    2007 Suburban - MUDHORN

This looks mean. I love the silver with black wheels and the dark tint. I think the lighter color scheme helps balance the proportions (like Drei had just mentioned on mine). Sometimes I feel like the all black just makes her look extra chunky haha

    2007 Suburban - MUDHORN

Thanks Drei! Proportions is the number one thing I'm trying to balance out with this build. And although I do like the practical benefits the tow mirrors give me (better angles for sight lines and visibility), sometimes I think they look out of place.. not 100% sold on them yet. But not much...

    2007 Suburban - MUDHORN

So I had a few questions about the tire carrier so I thought I should post up a little more of a detailed write up on it. (here ya go @corneredge) So for those of you running this body style of suburban, you know our aftermarket choices are a bit limited. Tire carrier options are basically: 1...

2007 Suburban Rear Main Seal Leak Help

@dirtdobberoffroad @nitro_rat thanks you guys. I really appreciate the advice. I'll be sure to ask those questions when I take it back in and make sure they give it a full look over while they have everything out. Really sucks but I guess it is what it is.

2007 Suburban Rear Main Seal Leak Help

Hey everyone - noticed oil puddles pooling up under ol' Mudhorn and crawled under and couldnt really trace the source. Checking the color of the oil it almost looked more like transmission fluid than actual oil. As I am no mechanic I decided to just take it down to my local shop where I have all...

    GMT900 Suburban/Yukon XLs today

@MarcusBrody I have had my 2007 Suburban now for 1 yr. It has about 135k miles on it. I have changed all the front end suspension components, new rear HD coils, new wheels and tires, removed front valance and running boards and I'd take this on any service road/washboard road/etc. without...

    2007 Suburban - MUDHORN

Apologies to anyone who was following along with the build. Progress has been slow recently. Primarily due to: Burb is in a good place right now and isnt "needing" much work done, and I am working on saving money to buy a house next year. That being said I got a pic of ol Mudhorn nice and...

    2007 Suburban - MUDHORN

Yeah front valance came off a while ago, I think the same day I removed the side steps. Because once I took one off, the other had to go too. Its crazy how it appeared to get lifted another inch at least just by removing those two things. I would like to do a front bumper and winch eventually...
