    Jeep Grand Cherokee

I would definitely go with a WJ (99-04) the solid front axles is a plus. and i really like the 4.0l. ive owned about 6 Wjs in my life only one was the 4.7l it had the power which was nice and better transmission, but overheating was always a worry for me as its lifespan was ticking once it got...

    Sleeping bag options

I don't think I've used a down bag, so I'd be interested in looking into it. at the moment we do more car camping and hopefully within the next year or so going to be building a trailer set up so weight isn't as big of an issue but looks like quilts are a good idea to look at.

    Sleeping bag options

I'm used to older bags and prefer them usually just because I like doing things on a budget/ or as cheap as I can within reason. But when another person is involved, I'd like them to be comfortable as well. I'm going to be asking her for ideas on what styles she'd like. I appreciate the reply

    Sleeping bag options

yeah i might look into multiple setups. i personally don't like mummy bags just because i don't like it too snug. i could get away with something like a 30° bag since we both tend to sleep warm anyways. i appreciate the input. Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk

    Sleeping bag options

Thanks I have something similar for myself but it doesn't fully unzip at the bottom which is one issue. looking at this and reading some reviews, looks like they can be zipped together for form a double. something i'll look into and think about. thanks

Interesting, never heard of these quilts. I'll look into them thanks. By the looks of them, I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to zip two together.

    Sleeping bag options

Hello all. It looks like im in the market for some new sleeping bags. The girlfriend and I each have some sleeping bags that work but lately we find ourselves laying both open instead of separate. The bags dont zip together and would be nice to not have to worry about losing the covers in the...

    2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ

you got a great looking jeep. i have a 04 Jeep WJ Laredo, had it for the last 6 or so years.. its been awesome, but after some cheap decisions in college to lift it when i was broke. I didn't upkeep with other maintenance besides the engine.. anyways I'm now in the process of putting that 4.0l...

Chairs for men of substantial dimensions?

I know your troubles. I'm 6'5" about 280 and most chairs are rated for 220-250 and are tiny.. for bigger trips or when heading to a camp ground i usually take a big gravity chair.. nice, comfortable and good for naps. but not the best when it comes to saving space. I want to find a smaller...

Expedition trailer or stick to the jeep.

i agree and i assume that my main problem would be that i want to drive a rig that i can have a place for all my gear for camping/expedition/ or when i need to bug out but even with a Jeep wj which has decent room in the back i don't know if i can have all i need in the back and if it more...

Expedition trailer or stick to the jeep.

Yeah I definitely agree with that. I have a buddy that I go with and we like to find remote areas in the mountains. I live on the Washington/Oregon border
