We still rock the old gravity LP sealed burn unit.
Zero electronics, just set the 2-wire t-stat and walk away.
Uses no electricity, and essentially silent :)
Ive been in contact with Boise Spring Works about our truck and rear leafs.
So far Ive heard nothing but good about them.
They do communicate well. And by todays standards that's a great start!

Our aluminum version that folds and slides into the bed certainly works well.

From what Ive seen, most chain MFGs for cars and light trucks recommend a 30-40MPH max limit.
OP, if you want great chains that are easy to install and tension tight enough to not worry about body damage, I say go for a good set of cam-style chains.
