    LR4 fridge placement

I know I used to think the same way until I got my ARB. As for the car sitting a good battery and a noco on board battery maintainer for when you can plug it up makes it really easy to not have to worry about it too much. I’ve had the same ARB fridge in 3 vehicles over the last 8years and it’s...

Land Rover Discovery 2 Key fobs with Transmitters N5FVALTX3

Yep that's the one I'll be there late Thursday through Sunday. I have a Nanocom "Computer" from black box solutions. It allows the key to be programmed to the vehicle with just the code you see in the pics. I have 4 key fobs programmed for mine now, which is the max.

Land Rover Discovery 2 Key fobs with Transmitters N5FVALTX3

By the way I'm going to the Overland Expo this weekend and if it isn't too far for you I could meet you and program the keys as well if you have a D2. I'm up in the air on whether or not I drive my D2 but I'll still bring the keys and computer.

Land Rover Discovery 2 Key fobs with Transmitters N5FVALTX3

Yes these are still Available except for one. Which I haven't had time to pull off here. Do you have your own computer or a local Indy shop with one? Depending on what kind it is you may not have to generate the code.

Used Key Fob's for Discovery 2 for sale here on EXPO

I think you missed the part about the door lock itself not working. That was where the superlock became a problem. It won't happen again because I'm getting locks that work. As far as disabling the super lock you are right and my Nanocom can do that as well, generally you have to be inside the...

Used Key Fob's for Discovery 2 for sale here on EXPO

No the super lock can be disengaged with the key on the door lock. Unfortunately mine hadn't worked in years. It also disables the handle and interior switch from being able to unlock the doors. The locksmith had to partially destroy the door lock so I could turn it with the key again. I ordered...

Can't think of a catchy name but I'm ALL IN now.

Can you put a second alternator in your van? If so keep the accessory batteries separate from your starting battery. If not get a battery controller, and wire a charger to charge them all when an outlet is available. That should be good for the fridge and TV. Not sure about the Microwave...

ARB or Engel for the fridge. The ARB is worth every cent. I thought the futon idea was cool for a van. Perhaps a better mattress for it would solve some issues One should not sacrifice liberty, for a false sense of security.

NO EXPERIENCE WITH MOTORCYCLES. LOOKING FOR HELP

Update on the KLR. I love this bike. I'll put a little bit of work into it and if there's not ice on the roads I've been riding it. Compared to my land rover I will save enough in gas to pay for the bike and new tires, maintenance, etc after about 18,000mi. After that it's all money back in my...
