FYI 99-up Grand Cherokee is 5 on 5" bolt pattern just like the JK.

I would build the main structural area with the 3/16" wall tube. Then if you want to reduce weight in the non-structural areas with thinner tube so be it.

I have had a couple of them, I love Aliners. They are the best of the a=frame style trailers. The only reason I don't have one now is we out grew it. t

I just saw that Mario's old MJ is for sale in Maryland. It looks as it did when he had it and the guy is asking $12,500.
