Ill have to measure to get the inside height dimensions but the inside is just a touch wider than a queen size mattress and about 4" longer than a standard queen size mattress. Sell that thing and come get it!! You are right down the road, Ill even deliver it to you for free. Sean

Hey weeds, no brakes on the axle, but it has brackets on the axle for the backing plates and a 7 pin plug so it would be super easy to add. Yes, leaf spring suspension. Sean
