    Simple, portable solar setup?

There are Solbian solar panels with integrated mppt charge controllers available. They are not bargain panels, but rather top of the line marine rated, thin film, and walkable panels that are high efficiency. I do marine electrical troubleshooting and have come across these panels on a few boats...

    New camp kitchen idea

Wolf pack box and tall lid came in..... I can see people’s comments about the lid latches not being great, one of the four doesn’t stay attac when released, but I still think it is great for the money. Consider the price of the yeti storage box for comparison, and I think the front runner will...

    New camp kitchen idea

Totally agree on the portability. My "old" kitchen box was heavy. I could manage it but not for a long way. I also just went back to a supercab from a supercrew to get the 6.5 foot bed. Fitting my current kitchen box in the back seat area to make room in the bed is tough. I took the backseat out...

    New camp kitchen idea

Only me most of the time, and a 100 pound dog. I have 2 rotopax 2 gallon containers mounted on a built right panel in the back corner of the bed. I don't want to do a drawer because of loosing headroom. I tow a trailer often when traveling so the receiver mount cargo carrier is out. I'll post...

    New camp kitchen idea

Hi everyone, Spent the summer of 2018 in Alaska. Made a kitchen box out of a sound equipment rack. You can see it in the picture. It spent the whole summer out in the weather and I was impressed with how weather proof it was. I had a partner stove, one dry goods drawer, and one drawer for...

    Outfitting the new-to-me 2018 F-150....EcoBoost specific thoughts?

Drove 16,000 miles from Massachusetts to Alaska and back over 9 week period in my F150. Make sure that you take your wallet out of your pocket, us right handlers tend to put it in our right rear pocket and it makes a difference on how your body feels when driving distance. Just a thought, but...

    Pro-Rig V2.0 - Home Built Compact Composite Pop-up

Don't sell yourself short Matt, it looks great. Sometimes we beat ourselves up over all the little things that aren't absolutely perfect and forget to step back and look at the totality of what we have accomplished.

There is a 3/8 inch deep gutter around the door opening and there will be a hollow D profile rubber gasket affixed to the door that will seal against the inner flange of the gutter. I'll post a picture of it tomorrow.
