    Moog CC880S coils

I finally just had Bilstein's ( Rv comfort not HD) put on my pleasure way traverse on my e350'd suspension e250 , still have the 880s on. Can confirm they do soften a bit after 3 years but still feel "firm" . I keep my van fully prepped for earthquake preparedness so carry a bit more weight. I...

    Cummins Canoe (A Stepvan Story)

This project makes me smile. I have spent 23 years driving Grumman Aluminum vans that are mobile kitchens in the film industry. I have driven them into some of the craziest locations in some of the worst weather conditions in the dead of night , these vans make me feel at home. The ones I...

Traverse got a present from the postie

We have the same Van lol. Also your name is taken from a Whistler Bike park trail... Anyhow I have the cc880s with the comfort shocks which are not actually called that. They are reg wheelbase and extended wheelbase versions(hd). cc880s are a little stiff for a 5.4 motor and give a 2.25...

Traverse got a present from the postie

Finally getting new shocks put on my Traverse . Been far too long on original 2002 shocks (as far as i know) as I have had van 4 years only. These are Bilstien rv series for my chassis class e250 2wd that were Recommended by Bilstein when I called. I already have mood cc880s with adjustable...

Moog cc880s vs. maxx lift leveling kit opinions?

2008 brakes good idea. I have 4wh discs and and had it all redone with new lines and calipers and better rotors which made a huge difference.. The larger brakes must be really nice and important for a heavier build.

Moog cc880s vs. maxx lift leveling kit opinions?

Your shop does not sound very good. I had cc880s put on my 2002 e250 5.4 . They used adjustable camber bushings and got my alignment no problem. My build is a pleasure way travererse pop top same wright as yours. I had a leaf added in my rear and 1 inch riser on the rear. Sits flat fully...

Moog cc880s vs. maxx lift leveling kit opinions?

    I got a 2.25 inch lift from cc880s on my 5.4 2002.

    Moog CC880S coils

The 880's should be great for a 4.6 van. Just get adjustable castor bushings. The alignment shoud be no problem. I would get your rear leaves refurbed, ie new pads and or a another leaf if your are sagging. When I went with the 880s(e350 vers) coils on my e250 I got 2.25 lift out of it. I also...
