    OzTent Owners, Carry Bag Question

I have Drifta bags for my oztent bunkers...top quality, love the material and way better than the stock bags. I'll eventually get one for my rv5. Shipping is what it is to SoCal, but weigh that against good protection for a 1k tent. You wont be disappointed. Just stay home a Friday night...

Ditching my RTT; Need ideas on Camp Set-ups - Post Pics!

Dumped my RTT also. I now use an Oztent RV5 for when the whole fam comes and I have 2 Oztent Bunkers for when it's just me +1. Easy, fast set up. I also splurged and bought Drifta's canvas replacement bags for the Bunkers.

    Which propane camping fire

I've used the Quikfire a few times. Love it. Large adjustable flame, good heat, lasted over 9 hours so far on a 20lb tank. Still a little propane left. No messing around with the fake logs or rocks. I even place it inside my Snow Peak fire pit sometimes. One thing Ive noticed and read about...

Heater type for Kodiak Canvas tent?

Tested my single burner Little Buddy inside my new Oztent RV5. It was about 52 outside and dropping. Before entering I could feel heat coming from the two upper front door vents. Once inside, it was probably too hot for running it for long lengths of time. Intermittent use, like before going...

Anyone have Experience with Aussie Swags and Swag Brands Available in the US?

I have the Ironman4x4 swag....for some reason Sierra Expiditions in Arizona had one on display and I picked it up. Not to shabby for one person. The canvas is thicker than my RTT and ripstop style. The mattress is about 3" thick; although I still used an air mattress just because. Not needed...

Fire Pan for Restricted Areas. What do you use?

Snow Peak fire pit. Large size. Hands down. Ive used the wash tubs and such. Takes up way to much space. The Snow Peak pit folds, has some great attachments and uses less wood. I usualy split store bought wood into smaller pieces. Good luck finding any left in the states, I must've got the...

    Front Runner Wolf Pack Containers

Great boxes. One issue is since the opening tabs are on the side, they are hard to open if there is other stuff on each or one side. Wish they had top latches like the cube packs.

    Question about RTT Flysheet Rods

Last weekend in the desert we had some high winds......the second and third night I just removed the rain fly and no more flappin sound whilst we tried to sleep. I have the CV T Mt. Shasta with the overhang. So unless I think it's going to rain, the stupid thing stays off.

    Gas Leak at Altitude

I changed canisters per the former IH8MUD thread and have no pressure blasting out of my tank at my lower altitudes around town and through the deserts like I once had with the old oem canister. Just got back from the Silverton, Colorado area and through the high passes (10,000'+) I again...

    ARB Skydome SWAG

I picked up the Ironman4x4 version of the ground swag from SierraExpeditions a couple weeks ago. Took it to Colorado last week. Alternative to my RTT when it's only me. Rained everyday for an hour or so. No leaks or anything. These are a quick alternative to a ground tent. It's just for lying...
