What a great movie. Amazing how big of a production it is for a short film.
So much I like about it. Camera points of view, lighting and especially the face shots.
I love the reason for the fast riding....didn't expect that.
Makes me want to order a D800. :sombrero:
We just set them in place and so far none have fallen out.
Maybe I spoke too soon about the dryer sheets. This morning there was a small pile of insulation sitting next to the dryer sheets on the engine cover. Apparently now they like the scent. :)
Ha ha. I was thinking about leaving a radio on playing "All Polka All The Time" but maybe that would attract more rodents. :sombrero:
I can see how a strobe light could repel rodents as well.
They have a strong scent that mice don't like, and they apparently avoid the sheets. I read that on the "internet" so it must be true. :)
So far in our Jetta, the dryer sheets seem to be working. I still have to inspect the Tundra closer...hopefully today.
FYI- My baja sits in an enclosed barn...
On the Jetta we put the dryer sheets on top of the engine cover and around the edges of the cover, towards the bottom of the battery and in the back near the exhaust manifold. We have 12 sheets in there and seems to work OK. On the Tundra I put 6 sheets on top of the engine cover so far. There's...
I found a bunch of mouse debris (Droppings, acorn shells, etc) sitting on top of the cabin filter in my '10 Tundra. There's no room to remove the debris before pulling the filter and I ended up having some of the shells fall onto the blower motor. It's a pain to get all the shells out of the...
I'm using one of these on my buggy's Optima battery-

My VW's tend to sit for long periods and without this maintainer they may or may not crank over. I realize it's not designed for sealed...
My first choice would be a 4Runner. I had one a few years ago but sold it, and I regret that decision.
4Runners are very capable, reliable, and have tons of aftermarket support. I don't know how nice of one you can get for $3000.
But any of the vehicles you mentioned would be fine. My opinion...
Ya Mikey, I hate thieves too. Its frustrating to be on guard all the time.
We had problems at our house a few years ago so I ended up installing a bunch of security lights, a home security system, alarm system in my vehicle and upgraded the latches/ hardware on our work shed and garages. It...
