I have this issue. There have been issues with the gauge cluster temp registering high. A Google search can help you find the fix. You have to remove the gauges and resolder the connection. I think there is a YouTube video about this fix. I haven't done mine yet.

The part number appears to be for the front diff. I have shims for the rear diff and none are that large. I could be wrong. Edit: Could be a Gen3 and I have a Gen2.

I don't remember having to do anything to the bumper. I had to remove the ends of the frame horns and drill holes in the frame.
