I do have a spare tire as well as a hub. Suspension and axle have been fine for over three years now, but figured upgrading to 3500 wouldn't hurt anything but my wallet. And I'm on your very long thread at Jeep Forum. My posts start at #3022

We spoke on EP a few years ago. With your help I switched to the same wheel/tire combo as you. I'm now thinking of going to a 3500 lb axle. Can it be done by leaving the build intact and using jacks and jackstands?

Bought my Whynter in 2009. Have run almost continously on 12V, in back of various vehicles and motorhomes ever since.
I've had a smaller Alpicool for one year now and have no complaints.

Mine came in the mail last week. Tested it for functionality but no cooking yet. A little flimsy but lightweight and fires right up.

It did tranny temp on my 04 4Runner, i have a six-speed manual in my JK, so I don't know for JK's. Yes, all other functions work very well. It pays for itself in gas mileage if you pay attention to it. I also used it to daignose and fix any codes that showed up on my 4R. Well worth it. The...
I do have further plans. The lift will be mild, a 2.5" from Teraflex or AEV but willing to solicit advise when it gets to be time. Spidertrax, as I like how they looked on my 4R. 33" is likely as big as I'll go in the tire dept. I have a Yakima rack but no idea what/how to mount it to the...
