Making a trailer door is easy. Making a high quality insulated door with integrated screen door is much more difficult. This is one area where I would rather buy than make. I don't even understand why seemingly all of the option are so small.

@rruff I see your point and maybe I'm being completely dense but I still think much of this concern over stiffness/flex on a vehicle this small is just hyper concern with no supportive data suggesting that. Again, I'm open to admit that I'm just being ignorant, but I've been considering this...

Why are doors on RVs and most expedition vehicles so small? I mean there are lots of options available but I've yet to find a quality door wider than 28". I'd love to find a 32-36" wide door on an upcoming build. Anybody know of options in that size range? Jeff

Nice, later next year I'm actually looking to start building a camper on a new cutaway chassis. When I get to that point I'll be seeking your help in making a flatbed for the chassis on which I can build my custom box. Oh, and 4x4 at some point as well. Jeff

MG, thanks for the comments. Is it right to assume this will be roughly a 1:1 relationship? How much more bump travel does this kit provide over stock? What I'm trying to get at here is if I go with the coil conversion and aim for 4" of lift am I still going to have a better performing setup...

Got it, so if we were to order of turning radius from largest to smallest it would be this - 4"/33" leaf, stock, 6"/35" leaf, and then the 6"/35" coils? I can live with what I have, just want to make sure it will not be getting any worse when I finally put the front wheels to work. Jeff
