What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

After breaking the front gears in December, I have now broke the RCV's and cracked the pitman arm. I've cleaned/ checked everything in the front. Had to replace hubs(1 bad) and install the u-joint axles and oem pitman while I wait for the warranty RCV's and a hd pitman. Also replaced the whining...

Considering a ZJ build vs. some other options. Thoughts? Opinions?

Bingo. I have a similar setup, no stabilizer ect. Drives like a dream for what it is. I am often the ugly duckling on a trail run, but items me do things that someone won't do with a 50-100k JK. Just build whatever you like.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Installed an antirock today. I'm so tired of messing with the sloppy disconnects. I did loose some canyon carving abilities, and about 1 1/2" of flex. But it's a good trade off, and not to mention it should help on the puckering factor on side incline's. I might do a rear antirock, or see how a...

    Post Pic's of your Jeep

The second time my expo rig has been on its side. My crawler buddies are not buying the expo theme anymore! I keep pointing out the fact it has an awning. I wonder how many expo rigs have been on their side?

Camper install with 5th wheel hitch/rails

I'm thinking of using my 06 4x4 Dmax CC/SB for my desert rig. I use a 5th wheel trailer at work that I move on a daily basis, so I can't remove the rails. The wife and I really like the idea of a FWC. It's looks pretty easy to install, and setup looks like a breeze. So my question is this, has...

Need a new battery for the JKU.

I think you'll be happy. I did a bit of research on expo, and the DH/plat's were made by someone else. We will find out over time how good they are I'm sure.

It's a pretty basic build, but it may get crazy now that I have four boxers dogs

Need a new battery for the JKU.

I left the fridge on after a weekend trip. When I go to work, it can be a week before I get home. And I may not check it. I run 16 Rigid LED lights, fridge, CB, winch(used once), and I've run the radio some of the lights and fridge all night, and never came close to killing the battery's. I have...

Need a new battery for the JKU.

Optimas were good before the company was sold. I have one that's over 10yrs old in my track car. I've killed it atleast 12 times(not run it down), even tried to blow it up when the hot wire melted on the headers of the racecar. It's perfect still to this day. But I wouldn't buy one nowadays. I...

The Pack hauler, formerly Big Girl.

I looked at a FWC for the Dmax. Lock the front and bingo, my new desert rig. But that means little to no fun with such a heavy rig. The best part is the Dmax is paid for. So just the price of the FWC.

A small update. Or not! I've been thinking about replacing the ZJ lately. The ZJ flawless on and off the road, but it shows its age, and the mods have there own little quirks. So I test drove a new JKUR, it's a great jeep. But that was before I found the other two dogs, which I now have 4 boxer...
