Isn’t beating a trailer to death an expected level of use for an overland trailer? With other builders offering lifetime chassis warranties, no way would I touch one of these.

If the mpg is actually as good as the ratings, I’ll probably dump my Defender and get an LC in ‘25 once initial market demand burns off. It’s pretty much all about the mpg for me. The oil companies are taking too much out of my pocket every time I take a long trip with the camper.

I’ve attached several of the net pockets to the walls in the EOS and before that in our XT. I’m sure Adam can give advice on max load, but I’ve never had any issues with the net pockets coming loose with their standard wood screws. The walls are plenty strong enough for that kind of light...

There’s nothing unique about huge markups in trailers vs any other imported product. It’s all a matter of scale, warranty requirements, and risk. For a small scale business like trailers, and in particular a niche market like off-road trailers, an importing business has to make enough margin...
