We've had quite a bit of rain and we have had to close the upper camp due to the slick roads and mud.
People who have not arrived yet and have camping passes we have alternate camps or you can find your own (if the latter we'll refund...

So excited guys! The excitement level is huge.
We're packing up and heading to the event site soon.
Trailers are groaning, Jonathan is off grinding something in the workshop [note: check to make sure he's not grinding any leopard spots off my Land Cruiser]...
We THINK there will be plenty but the interest is HUGE this year. Please get there early folks or be prepared to camp in the national forest nearby (tons of space there, no worries!).

Hi Shogun. I am the owner and administrator of the show. What you say is actually as far from reality as possible. We actively encourage all the exhibitors and vendors (we're up to 134 total right now) to sell things. And this year more are adding show specials.

Awesome, Jeff - we'll let you know when the next trip will be. March 2012 (we decided the snow / ice problem in the canyon would make the hiking too difficult, as much of the way to the remote cameras is very steep or down the rock / waterfalls.
