Hi, I attached an undercarriage photo to the post. It's the only one I have at the moment.

I'm in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh PA. The undercarriage on a scale from 1–10 (1 being rotting and 10 being factory) I'd say is 6. There's some typical frame surface rust but no rot anywhere. There's a typical spot (at the seam) on the passenger side rocker that seems to had rust repaired...
