The only way rust like that can happen without the frame being bad is if the rear quarter drain hole was plugged from day one. Not a likely possibility.

Rust hides in the back half of the frame specifically around where the tube that carries the rear shocks attaches to the frame. If that area is clean then likely you really do have a rust free sample.

Ambi doors don't make it a '105. The solid front axle does. You might be able to import a '105 but try to find one that isn't butchered is a whole other problem!
