I have the Volcano III and the Large Pack and Carry, I think that would work if you could get the propane burner lower. As low as that burner footprint could go in that inverse pyramid. You would just have to make a smaller rest for the burner and get the tube to the burner by drilling a hole...

My large Pack & Carry came with a light weight nylon bag, that was a about 8 months ago. It is ok, nothing like the canvas version. Hope that helps.
