What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

If I had the cash I would. It's easy to take out so in the future I will. Working on a retail workers budget for now... "Keep close to Nature's heart... And break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean." - John Muir

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Bought and mounted a hi lift. Old school one, would like to blast and powder coat it in the future, it's wearing a rattle can job from previous owner "Keep close to Nature's heart... And break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit...

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Threw steering gear in, hooked it up, filled with fluid, got bushing kit for sway bar and decided to dress up the old one a bit. I need a giant oven and media blaster so I can powder coat parts in the future.. "Keep close to Nature's heart... And break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a...

The guy was asking $150 I asked what's the lowest he could go, he said $75 so I gave him $100 for being cool about it. Side note, got the steering box back in finally, now on to dropping the fuel tank "Keep close to Nature's heart... And break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a...

Rebuilding gear box technical question. Help!

I rebuilt my Saginaw steering box in my 99 XJ, or at least I thought I did. When I put the worm gear in, I feed the bearings into the piston and as soon as you turn the gear they spit out the back end of the piston, am I only supposed to feed them into the one side (top side)? Either way they...
