Carrots, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, powdered milk and ice cold mountain water, cereals, some cheeses are good for a couple days, rice/noodle packages etc... All I can thing of for now, Luc

On my 22RE, I used a electric vacumm valve and plummed metered air into the plenum. Worked awesome! Flipped a switch and my idle would rise to my preset. I used a adjustable AC vacumm valve from a 22RE, had a little adjustment on top. Luc

I have a 255W and use the Garmin Topo maps on an SD card. Works awesome, has lots of FSR's and is able to plan/route using them. Got the card used for $50. Luc

I have several types of espresso stove top makers. For taste I would stick to a stainless model.

Merino all the way ! Warm and awesome odor control. You can get different thicknesses, I use a lightweight base with a thicker 2nd layer Zip top then based on temps I use a down sweater or fleece type softshell. Have fun exploring, Luc

A truly awesome camping mattress is the Downmats. Check'em out. Not cheap, but, the most confortable camping mattress I've ever slept on.
