Cutting off wrists doesn't happen, that was a century ago. The biggest deterrent in the UAE is that 85% of the population is on a work-visa and you will be deported after whatever punishment the judge decides. For most people, that job feeds 3+ families at home.

Dubai got 2 inches of rain in 24 hours. Almost lost my numberplate twice and ended up with 1+ inch of water inside the cabin (fording about 25-30 inches of water).

The one thing that malfunctions in Zebra71, my 2018 Trailblazer (a 2018 Colorado with a trunk) is the touch screen.
