The flank panels work with a hardtop. They just sandwich between the tub and hard top when you mount them.

You could cut the crossbar out but you would want to brace the rear corners of the tub to prevent flexing. The perk of a DIY kit is you can do anything you want with it!

September is the best time of year in the Outer Banks... except for the hurricanes.

I put our moto tray on the front of the trailers so they dont make it too hard to balance. Its amazing how fast 200-300 lbs behind the axle will disrupt even the heaviest offroad trailer.
