Does anyone know where to find the type of seat hinge used on camper dinette seats? They allow for a fold/slide move so both seats can go flat?

He had 4WC build a new roof! This was about 10 years ago and it was stored in a barn ever since. The roof and pop-up are like new. Trying to figure out what kind of truck set-uo to get.
