Agreed. I have stock sized tires but will easily get 20 mpg at 75 mph on the hwy on road trips. About 15 running around town. We use 87 octane.

Just put a flat bed on the PW and get the suspension set up. If you are not happy move the flatbed to the new 3500 diesel.

Don't you mean the frame weighs 634? I would think the shell would have the roof, sides, doors, windows, etc
