Introducing Sir Wm.

howdy all, I know this my rig looks ridiculous for Overlanding, but that's where my interest lies and it's what I have. It has been crazy reliable in every way, which has been lovely. 180K miles, on the odometer, auto trans, and frame anyway.... hahahaha!

Enough from me.. here are some Moab LRNR 2010 shots taken my a trail mate.

Thanks man... I just tease myself... It's been very comfortable over the many thousands of miles I've driven it... I'd like a flat low to the roof, rack of some sort to sleep on and some LED bars for night adventures... too many LightForce lamps and I'll really have to figure out a dual battery solution...

How are those Rovertracks axleshafts and CV's working out? I saw you getting them changed at the vendor night. Now there's some customer service! :D

Always liked how people painted their gas-tank skidplates with the Union Jack. I'll be doing that to mine for sure. :sombrero:

Excellent service indeed fish! Lane and Keith have hearts of gold! I didn't break them on Top of the World (the easy trail I tried to stop my breakage fest, but still managed to land on a boulder with my HD tie Rod and broke... replaced with a RoveTracks Unit btw..!) or on the drive home... or in the West Desert/Great Salt Lake trip I've done.. so... So Far So Good, I guess! But they have lived an unstressed life thus far. We'll see if they have a 1/4 twist in them in 5 years.

I met the man who's wife painted my skid plate for the previous owner at the LRNR this year... should have asked for her address to do my front one!

Thanks for the comments all!

I too poked around your truck during the LRNR at the Rovertracks booth.....I want to know where you got the tire cover from... I have a rear swing away and would love to have that tire covered a bit more.

Here's a pic of my truck at Rovers on the Rocks 2 from a few weeks ago. It's a 1995.
