when building one of those, how many tubes of glue is needed to complete the project? i need to get on ordering!

you don’t have to worry about the assembly. We do that for you. All you need to do is the interior.
cheers

As for the weights: Our engineers calculated roughly 400kg +/- 50kg (glue, accessories...) This includes structure in the rear wall that will allow mounting of spare tires and other accessories. At the same time, the internal structure can be cut to fit a door in the rear wall or the sidewall. Again, it comes down to maximum flexibility for the end user.

@Victorian

Have you determined what the max weight capacity off the back panel would be? Comparison say to the OEV rear setups with spare tire, ladder to roof, Molle panels, storage boxes?

For the flatbed campers without departure angle we have a 300kg/~600lb rating. With departure angle it’s reduced to 250kg/~500lb . In both case it’s important to remember that point loads should be avoided and some type of base rack should be used to spread the load.
