2021 Ram 2500 Power Wagon 75th Anniversary Edition W/ AT Summit :: Featured Classified

Ram Power Wagon

The Power Wagon is a 4WD icon and arguably sowed the seeds for the Full-size Revolution. What impresses me most about this legendary platform is that there’s so much more to it than brutish backcountry capability, with the latest model showcasing a finesse and balance that upholds the model’s undisputed all-terrain capability while introducing enhanced on-road composure and class-leading refinement. During our Overland Full-size Truck of the Year testing Publisher Scott Brady echoed this sentiment. “The Power Wagon sets the standard for overlanding capability. For long-distance overlanding, the Ram interior is one of the best in the business, featuring premium materials and a large user interface screen.” It’s a winning formula that provides access to remote backcountry trails and camp spots most full-size pickups could only dream of while closeting its occupants in sumptuous climate-controlled comfort. One limiting factor is the Power Wagon’s payload, which is a modest 1,560 pounds. This is due to the soft articulink suspension, which is intended for navigating technical terrain and not transporting heavy loads (that’s the job of the standard 2500). However, heavy campers are not optimal for the technical scenarios where the Power Wagon excels, so the payload reflects what’s appropriate for these environments. Cue today’s drool-worthy low-mileage 2021 Ram 2500 Power Wagon 75th Anniversary Edition (51,500 miles), which showcases a plethora of premium upgrades and is topped with a well-appointed AT Summit. The seller has evidently worked meticulously to create a functional yet lightweight travel rig that adds comfort with minimal impact on performance. It’s an overlanding scalpel, a precision tool, and a fantastic option for exploration. If that wasn’t enough, it’s priced competitively and includes a transferable Mopar MaxCare 7-year/125,000-mile warranty.

From the Seller:

“This 2021 75th Anniversary Power Wagon was purchased new in January of 2021 and built with the purpose of being an all-weather, all-road overlander. Sub-zero stays are a non-issue with the Truma forced-air furnace and cold-weather insulation kit. Thirty-one gallons of fresh water allow a full passenger load to operate in the dry for multiple days, and the 100-amp-hour heated Battleborn battery never leaves wanting (power is topped off daily by the Sunflare solar power routed through a Redarc Manager 30). No expenses were spared in making the build reliable while altering as few factory-engineered elements as possible. A clean Carfax and Oregon title are in hand. With a highway range of 380 miles, it will deliver you in quiet comfort. Also included are five unused semi-beadlock OE Ram wheels, Ram rock rails, and the OE fog lights. Airport pickup can be arranged out of Redmond, Oregon.”
