Everyone’s vehicle has a particular characteristic in which they end up bragging about at their local coffee shop. Likely you’ll find a Porsche owner discussing the complexities and superiority of his “German engineered” automobile. By the same standard, you’ll find a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon owner discussing (incorrectly) how their vehicle is the only thing on the road with factory locking differentials in both front, and rear axles. They’re usually telling that to the Land Rover Defender owner that won’t stop talking about their “military inspired” utilitarian vehicle.

Then someone in a German engineered, military-bred, utilitarian Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen (or Gelandewagen, if you will) with front, rear, and center locking differentials shows up—and everyone that knows better decides it’s best to simply shut up.

The G-Wagen is sexy, and it knows it. Check out these sexy G-Wagen pictures.
