Join The Riff Raff and Support Jonah Street for Dakar

If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting Dakar Rally racer Jonah Street he likely stands out in your mind as one of the nicest and genuine people you have met. If you saw his presentation during the 2011 Overland Rally & Workshop in Ellensburg Washington then you know just how dedicated Jonah is to racing motorcycles! On top of it all, he’s good, with stage victories and podium finishes throughout his career Jonah is making a push for the 2012 Dakar Rally. Jonah will race from Mar Del Plata, Argentina, across Chile, to Lima Puru over 15 days, January 1 – 15, 2012. It will be an epic test of preparation, rider skill and endurance! Even with a lineup of sponsors the Dakar Rally can be an expensive endeavor. Started by Rally Pan Am fans on ADVrider in 2007 the effort to support Dakar Rally hopefuls has grown. This years efforts are supported by some great brands including Klim, Touratech, FasstCo, Motion Pro, Hammer Nutrition, Top One Oil, Baja Designs, Scott USA, Promotobillet and WARN Industries. These companies have coordinated to support Jonah Streets supporters by putting together a sweet gift package for those who donate at the Riff Raff Extreme Package level. It even includes a limited edition Klim Inferno Jacket and discounts worth far more than the $175 contribution! http://www.jonahstreetracing.com/ (Note, there are other levels of support too.)
