It's over. It sold for $6K...
I have to admit I was hoping for a bit more...
why do you guys think it sold for only $6K?
the high mileage obviously did not help, but is it the only reason?
I am just curious....and happy to be over with.

I got to ask was this posted some where before saying it was on ebay. I would have been VERY interested in the vehicle.
I think $6K was one hell of a price.

I would think it's worth more... but the combo of high mileage and lack of 4x4 were probably key to the final result.
It's a shame we won't see it converted to 4x4. It had the potential to be an amazing vehicle.

$6k? wow... that seems really low to me for some reason! Someone scored bigtime! I would have bought it for that. Just saw the post now.

I posted it on this site as a follow-up to my original tread, but I should have probably started a new posting...
there were 86 people watching the auction, so I thought there would be some action toward the end....but nothing. I am a bit dissapointed not so much because of the final price, but because I put a lot of labor into it. It is so much better now than when I got it!!! even my girlfriend was impressed....she said it's smell like new...which is quite a change from when I got it..
:)
well, time to move on!

$6K...Jeebus....someone's gettin' a heck of a good deal! For that kinda cash, you could afford to put a brand spankin' new driveline in it and still come out ahead!

Gee, you should have told me. I would have given $6,000 for that vehicle plus invited you for dinner!
