Last Sunday was brutally cold so we hiked from NH's Kancamagus Highway into a sunny South-facing climb called Way In The Wilderness:

The photo made it onto this weeks NEice (http://neice.com/) cover which shows climbing with good photographers has its benefits!

I'm a complete wuss when it comes to taking the sharp end of the rope so that's me belaying. Definitely a classic climb :)

Cheers,
Graham

Very nice Graham,

Whats the climbing like there in the Summer? Rock looks solid.

They don't call it the Granite State for nothing. :) There is lots of solid rock here, both short crags and some much larger stuff.

Cheers,
Graham

p.s. I suppose I should give some credit to Rob (in the picture) and Eric (behind the lens) for swinging leads.
