Why?
We’re about to bring you the story of three guys driving around the world in a 19 year old London Taxi named Hannah. “It’s on the Meter” is comprised of Johno Ellison, Leigh Purnell, and Paul Archer; they’re embarking on a journey to break the Guinness World Record for the longest taxi journey in history. We’re sure they have other goals, but that sounds pretty awesome. The Expedition will cover three continents, thirty nine countries and 50,000 KM.
Hannah (the taxi) is a seriously cool - she’s outfitted with a roof rack, auxiliary lights, and a winch bumper and winch - so to say it’s your average London Taxi wouldn’t exactly be correct.
They’re a few months into their adventure, currently in Australia, but we’ll be starting from the beginning with their sendoff from London.
